Refund and Return Policy

At Spartan Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. This Policy sets out the conditions under which you may return products purchased from us, and your entitlement to refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.

This Policy applies to physical products purchased through our website or directly at our facility. For membership-related refunds, please refer to our separate Membership Terms & Conditions.

1. General Return Conditions

Subject to the conditions set out in this Policy, you may return eligible products within the applicable return window. All returns must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition;

All original tags and labels must be intact and attached;

The item must be in its original packaging, where applicable;

A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or tax invoice) must be provided;

The return request must be initiated within the applicable window specified in this Policy.

2. Return Windows

2.1  Non-Faulty Items

Non-faulty items may be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase for Spartan Store Credit equal to the full value of the item. Cash refunds are not available for non-faulty returns.

2.2  Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered, you may request a full cash refund or replacement within 15 days of the date of purchase. Please contact us immediately upon discovering the defect at info@spartan.fitness.

We may require photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage before processing the return. Approved defective item returns will be resolved within 15 days of receipt of the returned product.

2.3  Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period may only be exchanged — not refunded — and only within 3 days of the date of purchase. No cash refunds or store credit are available for sale or promotional items, unless the item is defective.

Any free gift items received with a purchase must be returned in unopened and original condition along with the main product in order to qualify for an exchange.

2.4  Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances, except where the item is proven to be defective under applicable consumer protection law.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are proven to be defective or unsafe:

Swimwear and innerwear / undergarments

Earrings and pierced jewellery

Cosmetics and skincare products (once opened or used)

Opened supplements or nutritional products

Any item that has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1Contact us at info@spartan.in with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. For defective items, please include photographic or video evidence.
Step 2We will verify your eligibility for a return and respond with confirmation and return instructions within 3 business days.
Step 3Ship the item back to us at the address provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product).
Step 4Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund, store credit, or replacement within 7 business days of receipt.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds will be processed as follows, depending on the nature of the return:

Non-faulty returns: Refunded as Spartan Store Credit, valid for use on future purchases.

Defective or incorrect items: Refunded via the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or other) or replaced with an equivalent product, at your election.

Cash refunds to original payment method will be processed within 7–10 business days of return approval, subject to the processing timelines of your bank or payment provider.

6. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the following circumstances:

The wrong item was delivered;

The item received was defective or damaged;

The item received did not match the description provided on the Website.

In the above cases, ME&F Wellness India Private Limited will arrange or reimburse return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

7. Your Statutory Rights Under Indian Law

Nothing in this Policy limits, restricts, or excludes any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian law. In particular:

You have the right to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) where a product is defective, unsafe, substandard, or not in conformity with its description;

You have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate consumer forum (District Commission, State Commission, or National Commission) if you are not satisfied with our response;

You may also file a complaint through the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or 14404, or through the Consumer Online Resource and Empowerment Centre at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in;

For e-commerce transactions, your rights are additionally protected under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

8. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints relating to purchases, returns, and refunds.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may escalate your complaint to the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Amendments to This Policy

ME&F Wellness India Private Limited reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website or purchase of products following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

10. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India, and to any applicable consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
